Dr Anthony 'Skip' Basiel has over a decade of experience with remote and hybrid working as a Senior Programme Leader with the Centre of Excellence in Work Based Learning. His Doctorate is in Learning Technology Design and he has consulted a wide range of organisations on blended learning/training solutions from Unilever to the Natural History Museum, London.

His current research is in webinar design and strategy to promote communication and collaboration. Using a 360* augmented reality camera within a discussion circle to promote creativity and innovation, the model uses a convergence of technology.
