James Silk is a Digital Transformation Specialist at Woodhurst, supporting clients across Financial Services – from Tier 1 global banks to high-growth FinTechs. This experience spans a number of areas including: Technology Strategy, Target Operating Model design, digital banking proposition development, payments partnership strategy, new product launch, core platform implementation, and several complex customer migrations.

He is also the wellbeing lead at Woodhurst, looking after a hybrid remote team.

Outside of Woodhurst, James supports several startup communities such as Foundervine and Startup Leadership Programme. He also enjoys amateur app and web development and is a keen skier and sailor.
