Jessica Hosking is the HR Data, Insight and Reward Manager at the Financial Times. In her role she is responsible for analytics and insight in personnel trends, opportunities and forecasting as well as data access, privacy and HR digital transformation. In addition she leads the reward function and is involved in establishing the company reward strategy and direction.
