

Louise Brown is the Head of Digital Services at Heathrow Airport and leads the Digital Workplace strategy for employees; this encompasses leading the adoption of tools and roadmap needed to advance Heathrow as a digital leader in the aviation industry, digital wellbeing and learning pathways across our digital platforms. In her role at Heathrow, Louise leads a team who enable citizen development to operate successfully at Heathrow using a Low Code/No Code platform, providing agility to the business without shadow IT. She is the product manager of the Heathrow Community App available to all employees who work at Heathrow airport, this multi feature app is used in a variety different ways, from incident management, to helping passengers to enabling colleagues to find a discounted place to eat and has over 400 organisations actively using it.
Top of Louise’s mind is always the end user, ensuring that change is managed in such a way that the value is obvious to the end use and also how adoption of tools and solutions is key to maximising benefits for employees.
Louise is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is the Head of the Gender Equality network at Heathrow (Altitude Network). She is also a recent graduate of the Deloitte Next Generation CIO Programme.
Louise has a background in leading complex business change programmes as well as building and launching products whilst at Vodafone and BT.
Louise is married with two teenagers, she enjoys cooking, running and keeping up with her book club!
