
Christina Finlay is on DataIQ’s top 100 data influencers for 2020, 2021 and 2022. She is Director, Data & Analytics at Nest Corporation, which was set up in 2011 by the UK government to address the needs of companies who became legally required to auto-enrol employees in a pension scheme. Nest now holds pensions for over 10 million members. She is leading the organisation through a data transformation that will enable everyone to make data driven decisions and to solve our customers’ problems through human centred design. She uses design thinking to bring people together to tackle big organisational challenges. Prior to pensions, Christina was Director Data & Insight at the National Trust, and Director Insight and Planning at Hovis. Christina has worked in the UK, Singapore, Canada and France, mainly focused on FMCG brands with companies like General Mills, Nature’s Path and FutureBrand.
